The contract will deliver a 12-month human resource (HR) systems improvement project to transform our Global Benefits across all our geographical locations. This will result in a clear, fair and transparent approach to how we manage Global Benefits, relocation and pay. The work will aim to meet our aspiration to decolonize, be anti-racism and feminist in how we engage our staff. With increased equity across local and international staff, and across locations.
