Up to £70,000 + 12.5% bonus
We are partnering with a pioneering FTSE 100 MedTech company on a number of roles across the Supply Chain and Technology space. For the Global Business Data Lead, we are looking for a critically thinking strategic leader to collaborate with the Global Quality & Ops team predominantly supporting the Supply Chain Planning functions.
With a very hybrid and flexible working arrangement, the business prioritise employee wellbeing, and want a globally minded and analytical thinker with demonstrable stakeholder engagement skills who can translate complex data into comprehensible information to inform business strategy.
What you'll do:
- Lead and collaborate on core strategic projects and drive continual improvements related to supply chain analytics and reporting to promote alignment with global best practices.
- Manage a small team (2-3 directs) and collaborate cross functionally and work on training materials to support user utilisation of analytics and data tools.
Who you'll be:
- Deep knowledge of generating business insights and strategy utilising data analysis particularly within the Supply Chain with a good understanding of Finance reporting and Inventory data.
- Technical data analytical capabilities with strong problem solving skills with experience in major programming languages such as Snowflake, SQL, R or Python and process knowledge of SAP and IBP.
- Experience of Agile methodology preferred.
