What You’ll Do:

  • Assist the Travel Manager in the planning and execution of client travel programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Apply project management skills to coordinate tasks, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Engage with clients to gather requirements, address concerns, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Proactively address issues to ensure smooth project progression and successful outcomes.
  • Gets results by operating with a sense of urgency, employing effective time management to deliver results within deadlines.
  • Global project management support including but not limited to, maintaining project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project status reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
  • Consolidate data from various sources to provide a comprehensive view on project data requirements.
  • Support the team in using data analytics tools to generate reports and insights for client review.
  • Uses analytical and creative approach to condense large amounts of data into a clear, concise, effective format.
  • Analyse feedback from traveler surveys, extracting valuable insights to understand overall satisfaction levels and areas for improvement in the corporate travel programs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Project and Account management experience in creating compelling and visually engaging Power Point presentations for client meetings, ensuring that key project insights and recommendations are effectively communicated.
  • Summarize complex project details, data analyses, and outcomes into concise and accessible formats, facilitating clear communication with clients and internal team members.
  • Liaise with the customer, possessing strong customer service and consultation focus.
  • Strong Project Management and organizational skills and a great team mate.
  • Ideally have knowledge of group Travel processes.
  • Must be a self-starter & able to work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility.

This can be a virtual/remote or Hybrid role with our Head office in Canary Wharf London.
