We are currently looking for a Senior Client Account Representative to work in a multinational firm that offers database solutions for clients worldwide. You will be working alongside a dynamic and outgoing team in the London office where you would be responsible for B2B sales, business development, client support and account management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Client account management
- Proactive client service and support
- Providing product training to clients via phone and digital or face-to-face meetings
- Being responsible for account management and business development
About you:
The ideal applicant will be a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills who speaks highly fluent English and has previous solid experience within B2B sales in a corporate setting. You will need to have excellent communication skills in English to deliver first-class client support to all executive levels of business. The role is well-suited to an accomplished client services and sales professional who is confident on the phone and wants to progress their career in sales. The role offers great progression to go further up the career ladder.
Profile:
- Required to be fluent in English to mother tongue standard, both written and spoken
- Fluency in another language highly beneficial
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales and/or Client Account management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good relationship-building skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and able to de-escalate calls
- Great attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Sales attitude and confident in business development
- IT proficient including strong MS Office skills, including advanced Excel skills
