ComTech is the fast-growing global telecoms panel service from Kantar’s Worldpanel division, and we have recently expanded into the Entertainment On Demand (EOD) sector. It is the largest syndicated panel of its kind in the world, collecting information via over 2 million interviews per year from nationally representative samples in more than 20 countries, with the service being used by leading global technology and entertainment companies.

ComTech and EOD offers a simple, independent and accurate consumer behaviour measurement to companies in these exciting sectors, helping them to understand more about their target consumers and to better serve their existing customers. In line with substantial clients wins and rapid global market expansion plans, we are now building on our infrastructure to service and support our growing client base in this sector.
We have an exciting role opening for a talented Client Executive to join our team, providing support to the client team lead. Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work on large project briefs with the account team, using your analytical expertise to identify and deliver actionable insights.
  • Help our clients to deliver against their strategy and business objectives adding extra value whenever possible.
  • Ensure continuation of best-in-class servicing to client accounts with a view to maintaining excellent review scores e.g. day to day servicing, data accuracy, attention to detail, timeliness, proactivity, communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with your key client contacts.
  • Learn to build, design and present data in cloud-based data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
  • Delivery of presentations internally and externally, and with client workshops.
  • Support the revenue performance of the team by identifying opportunities within your client portfolio and looking to exceed revenue target.
  • Hands-on involvement in writing proposals.
  • Potential for travel to clients based abroad.
  • This role would benefit from a genuine passion and interest in the tech and entertainment industries, and the convergence of the two.
The Skills & Experience needed:
  • Previous experience in an insight related position either client side or agency side.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to create insightful and impactful client centric work.
  • Ability to transform large sets of numbers into insightful story telling.
  • Confidence to present data & analysis in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Outstanding client servicing skills with the ability to establish relationships, act assertively and challenge constructively when necessary.
  • Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient at Microsoft programmes: PowerPoint, Excel. The ability to create and locate information in these applications is important. PowerBI experience beneficial.
  • Evidence of a genuine passion and understanding of the Tech and Entertainment Industries.
  • An interest in learning analytical skills with tools such as Power BI.
