Gibbs Hybrid is looking for a proficient GlobalHeadofInfluencerMarketing to create Influencer Marketing and data led brand strategies on a global brand and manage senior stakeholders.
You will bethestrategicleadacrossallglobalInfluencer and social workstreams.
This is an initial 12 month PAYE role, requiring 2-3 days a week onsite in London office.
- Creating best-in-class social content and Influencer Marketing strategies and activations.
- Leading a team of four direct reports: Influencer marketing specialists alongwithworkingverycloselywiththewiderGlobal team, brand category and market leads.
- Bringing strong expertise in Influencer Marketing and the social landscape to the team to guarantee success.
- Thisrolewillbepartofthedesign(strategy)communicationsfunctionwhichisfocusedon: Creationofstrategicandadata-ledinfluencermarketingandsocial strategy
- Creatingyearlyglobalintegratedcommunicationsplans
- Partneringwiththe brandmarketingteamsontheirkeycampaignsornew core/innovation launches developing specific plans and assets.
- Buildingkeyexternalcommsplanforthetop10markets
- Leading the Influencer marketing and socialcontent measurement approach and developingbespokemethodologyand/orsourcing thetoolsneededtostayat the edge of measurement.

- Strong data analytical mindset and analytics understanding, with experience of social listening,analytics,andcommunitymanagementtools,(e.g.,BrandWatch,Traackretc)
- SocialInfluence&channelmanagement&in-depthknowledgeoftheInfluencermarketing and social media landscape, knowing how to build, maintain, and evaluate influencer and social content across all social channels including the new emerging channels.

- Clearunderstandingoftherequirementsanddemandsofaninternationalrole.
- Understandsthedynamicsofbuildinginfluencercommunities,paid&earned,andmanaging relationship-based models across both.
