As a Global Marketing Intern, you will be an integral part of our Global Segment Marketing Team. You will work closely with the Senior Institutional Marketing Manager to implement our global marketing strategy that supports our business priorities.
In this role, you will collaborate with various teams across the organization, including digital marketing, content, local marketing, sales, communications, and external agencies, to bring your ideas to life and ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.

You will play a key role in supporting our global marketing campaigns, specifically by delivering marketing activities aimed at the pension and insurance segments, raising visibility of AXA IM and its key strategies, and establishing AXA IM's Investment Institute further. Additionally, you will provide support as required on ad hoc marketing projects.
Main tasks :
A. Institutional marketing
Your main tasks will involve the implementation of the Institutional Marketing strategy, where you will help position AXA IM as a true partner to institutional clients and the institutional business. This will include:
• You'll contribute to the development and implementation of global marketing projects aimed at supporting the Insurance and Pensions client segments
• You'll work closely with our main institutional markets to increase visibility of our key strategies, focusing on fixed income and responsible investing
• You'll provide support for the implementation of marketing campaigns at both global and local levels, collaborate with global and local teams for content distribution, and report on the results of (email) marketing plans.
• You'll be the key driver of gathering and maintaining of data and insights from the institutional platforms and data hubs
• You'll help with the coordination of institutional events, including webinars and industry events, ensuring that they run smoothly and effectively
B. Investment Institute
• You'll play a vital role in raising awareness and credibility of AXA IM's Investment Institute, our thought leadership platform, and executing activities in collaboration with Content, Brand & Advertising, and Digital teams.
C. Digital
• You'll collaborate with various teams to support institutional social media campaigns, including creating social posts, compliance reviews, and communicating with the media agency
• You'll work closely with the content team to support the global email strategy, using Eloqua to create engaging email newsletters (Monthly Digest, Take 2), building campaign distribution lists, and reporting on metrics through a campaign management tool.
D. Reporting
• You'll take an active role in maintaining and updating all stats from marketing activities and events on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
E. Project management
• You'll be a key contributor to increasing the profile of the global marketing team and facilitating access to a global marketing content repository.
• You'll take responsibility for sharing our content internally, maintaining our global marketing SharePoint, and ensuring content is uploaded to IPE Reference Hub and RI.com.
• You'll suggest and implement new processes, procedures, and practices that help the team become a more efficient and effective resource for the AXA IM business.
• You'll help manage the team's overall efficiency by preparing meetings, maintaining workflows and pipeline documents, and managing budgets, including raising POs and processing invoices.
F. Structured development
• As a Global Marketing Intern, you'll have the opportunity to shadow marketing managers over the course of the placement, gaining unique insights into global marketing strategy and execution within an international asset management business.
• You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, contribute to key initiatives, and develop your marketing skills in a supportive environment.
G. Skills-based development
• Over time, you'll take ownership of ad hoc marketing projects to develop project management and broader communications skills and be expected to develop investment knowledge and an understanding of the asset management industry through exposure to investments specialists, fund managers and sales teams.

- 2nd year undergraduate student in Finance, Management, Marketing
- Aptitude and enthusiasm for marketing communications
- Strong command of the English language, written and spoken
- Previous experience/interest in financial markets/asset classes is helpful
- Very strong attention to detail

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
