Global Interim HR Shared Services Operations Consultant

As additional support to an existing Group with transformation programme this is a new role to support the implementation of a developed a number of key programmes with HR Shared Services across the Globe.

The role can be based in Bristol or London with flexibility to work

on a Hybrid basis, with some travel to each office.

As an experienced consultant you will have exposure to Global HR Operations where you have supported Group wide advisory services across multiple international regions and countries with a particular focus in HR on developing the processes, ways of working and relationships between HR

Operations and Business Partnering.

You will offer clarity around the triage process within HR operations to enable the Business Partner community to develop meaningful strategic relationships in their business units and functional areas.

You will have experience supporting international, group based businesses, where you have been responsible for delivering across different territories and have actively driven the HR change and transformation process.

You will enjoy managing executive stakeholder relationships, and be able to articulate clearly expected outcomes from the programme and project implementation.

This is an exciting interim, day rate opportunity for c12 months, £900 - £1000 per day within IR35.
