About This Team:

The Global ABM Marketing team is responsible for partnering Sales and Technical teams to drive increased customer engagement AND satisfaction with Citrix, in order to reduce churn, deliver new use cases and generate revenue growth. Outcomes are achieved customer focused programs, aimed at deepening customer relationships, encouraging adoption of products, expanding product portfolios and building customer advocacy.
Job Description/Responsibilities:

The Global Program lead understands how Customer Lifecycle Marketing is used to accelerate customer adoption of Citrix and Netscaler technologies, create expansion opportunities and reduce churn. Highly familiar with customer lifecycle touchpoints, the Global Program Lead works with data, content, product and digital teams to craft optimum customer journeys based on insight. These insights, alongside deep understanding of the customer touchpoints, use cases and product portfolio will then be used to develop:

  • Customer programs designed to reinforce the value of Citrix and Netscaler and discover new use cases, while encouraging adoption and reducing customer churn.

  • Customer-facing assets and enablement for Sales and technical teams to deploy within priority accounts to support revenue growth.

The job-holder will work with Sales, ABM, ATS and Architect teams to build strategic and tactical plans, using data from the Customer Health dashboard, CRM and Marketing platforms e.g. Demandbase, for a 360 view of the customer in order to produce program blueprints and plan deliverables.

The Global Program Lead will be highly analytical, using data to identify opportunities and gaps, as well as to create a view of target KPIs designed to close current gaps, accelerate customer growth and reduce churn. Reporting systems should be set-up to track growth and course-correct as required.

A good understanding of Marketing channels, tactics and tools is also required, as it is expected that CLM programs will complement vertical and cross-sector ABM campaigns, in order to optimize campaign effectiveness. In some instances, the job holder will lead a campaign workstream with the Global Campaign Lead.

The job-holder should be a proactive, expert communicator, with the ability to establish strong internal and external stakeholder relationships in order to inform, plan and drive desired outcomes.

Collaboration with account teams is a key criteria for successful delivery and the individual will partner with Sales Leaders and team members to agree plans, share content and enable teams.

The role also partners with the ABM Global Program Office and ABM Regional Leads, as well as Corporate Marketing functions, (e.g., communications, content, operations & digital), Product Marketing, Technical and Architect teams to create CLM programs that deliver maximum impact across multiple activities.

Required Experience / Skills:

  • Familiarity and experience in multiple marketing functions e.g. marketing communications, digital or Field marketing, ABM, Market Research.

  • Some experience or equivalent in CLM strategy and delivery.

  • Strong experience in one or more sectors is an advantage, but not mandatory.

  • An understanding of IT industry trends, issues and concepts.

  • Effective verbal and written communications skills.

  • Strong networking skills.

  • Excellent project management skills.

  • Expertise in data analysis and reporting.

  • Excellent presentation skills in local language and English.

  • Ability to effectively work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.

  • Oral and written fluency in English.
