We are a small but mighty team, with huge ambitions to transform more lives of those who live with an intellectual disability, through the power of sport.  We are looking for a Safeguarding Lead to join our team as we continue our development.

As Safeguarding Lead, you will provide both strategic, operational and administrative input and support to develop, grow and implement robust safeguarding policies, procedures and a framework for our membership across Great Britain (GB), those in the National Office team, and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving a positive and effective safeguarding culture across SOGB.

This is a permanent, home-based, full-time role. There will be the requirement to attend internal and external meetings or events which will involve travel away from home and working outside of normal hours.

What We Can Offer

  • Competitive salary circa £37,000 per annum depending on experience.
