Meraki Talent are supporting with the appointment of a permanent Global Payroll Assistant based remotely from the UK or Europe paying a highly competitive salary, bonus & benefits package.

The Opportunity

This newly created Global Payroll Assistant position is pivotal to the European operations and supporting the EMEA Payroll Manager and Director of Payroll with a vision to create a cutting edge & leading global payroll function.
The key components of the role will include:

• Reporting to and deputising for the Payroll Supervisor with a dotted line to the Payroll Manager & Payroll Director
• Involvement in several European monthly payrolls
• Maintaining employee database & records
• Reconciliation of payroll journals
• Reviewing and developing processes, procedures, controls & systems
