Governance Officer

I am currently recruiting for a Governance Officer for a company based in Dudley on a full time, Permanent basis. The role would suit someone with previous experience in a similar role and strong organisation skills. Duties will include:

• Supporting the team and secretary in maintaining arrangements 
• Assisting in the management of committee responsibilities
• Minute taking in meetings
• Sitting in on private and confidential meetings 
• Pack collation and distribution
• Maintaining frameworks, policies and processes
• Providing administrative assistance

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous governance experience or experience in financial services is essential
• A strong administrative background
