Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of a GP surgery based in Dudley.
They have an exciting opportunity as a GP Receptionist which has become available!
The job:
- Welcoming Patients: Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel comfortable and valued.
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of our GP’s time.
- Telephone Etiquette: Handle phone calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Patient Registration: Assist patients with registration forms and maintain accurate records.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the practice, including filing, data entry, and handling patient queries.
Requirements:
- Previous receptionist experience (knowledge of EMIS Web preferred).
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Hours of work:
Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
£10.42 p/hour
Temporary ongoing, opportunity for a permanent contract for the right candidate.
