Pendleton Medical Centre is a well-established, friendly and innovative training practice in the heart of Salford.
Pendleton Medical Centre consists of 6 receptionists, 2 secretaries under the management of an Operations and Financial Manager, 2 GP Partners, 2 employed GP and several Registrars, who work closely with our ANP and HCA to deliver excellent patient care to our expanding patient list.
We are looking for someone who can work flexibly Monday to Friday, in a busy and fast growing GP practice. The ideal candidate would work alongside our current team and deliver a high level of service to our patients and support our clinicians in their day to day activities.
We are looking for an excellent communicator with good administrative and IT skills. You must be a proven team player and enjoy working in a patient focused environment. Previous experience in a customer/administrative based role is essential and there must be a willingness to learn.
The main responsibilities would include patient care, booking appointments, answering phones, dealing with patient/clinician requests, managing various computer systems and all associated NHS GP admin duties including document management and emails.
