SalaryMy client, a local authority based in south Scotland, is looking for urgent assistance with on-boarding a senior Estates Surveyor into their team on a 3 day per week basis. The role has come about due to an outstanding vacancy within the team which needs covering temporarily. Some criteria/skill-sets needed for the role include:
- Estate Surveying experience within the public sector- RICS Chartership or Valuer status not needed if CV evidences a strong history of similar positions- Scottish Legislation knowledge Beneficial but not essential.
- General estates management skills- dealing with lease renewals and rent reviews (industrial and commercial), acquisitions and disposals and other property queries.
- Strong negotiation skills for renewals and reviews, and ability to deal with a wide range of property enquiries.
Working Schedule- 1 day per week in South Scotland on Site Visits/Team Meetings, 2 days WFH.
Daily Rate- negotiable DOE.
IR35 Status- Inside
