We are looking for a dynamic, Learning support assistant who is looking to make a difference in education. The successful candidate will have a passion for education and ideally be looking to teach in the near future. You will be working closely with the higher ability children department working closely with students who can extend their knowledge further.
Experience of working with children (desired not essential)
Have an up to date enhanced DBS (Or willing to process one 51)
A recent graduate (graduated within last 2 years)
Ability to engage with and inspire young learners

Role Summary - Your role will be to provide support either in-class, 1:1 tuition or to small groups of students with varying abilities, you will be encouraging and supporting individual pupils to reach their full potential whilst demonstrating a creative and determined attitude that will help motivate students You will be directly supporting the students, as well as helping to organise the teaching and learning resources available to students and staff.
Eve will be your consultant and is dedicated and hardworking. She also holds strong relationships with both her schools and candidates.
