Graduate Account Executive – Healthcare Communications – Oxford office/Hybrid/Remote working

As an Account Executive you will working with the Account Managers and Account Directors for all allocated projects, you will manage the process of delivery, deliver the administrative/logistical aspects and communicate these aspects of a project to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities and duties include:
- Participate in regular client teleconferences to review project status and develop accurate and timely meeting/call summaries
- Deliver logistics and administration tasks for allocated projects
- Develop and maintain schedules for projects
- Organise client and internal project team meetings, project status reports, schedules and client agendas with support from account managers/account directors
- Communicate regularly with external stakeholders in a professional manner
- Communicate effectively with team members across the company in all departments and project teams
- Communicate professionally with clients, thought leaders and other external stakeholders
- Demonstrate effective collaboration within your teams
- Build effective relationships with team members
Required qualifications and experience:
- Educated to graduate level with a Bachelor’s degree (BSc)
- Organised with good time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and enthusiastic
- Competent in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
