Your new role
As an Account Executive you will be assisting the Account Manager and Director with the management of client projects and relationships. Day to day you will be providing administrative support including handling logistics and travel coordination, organising, and attending client meetings, managing schedules and agendas. In addition, you will communicate regularly with internal and external parties, creating reports and meeting deadlines. You will also have the chance to monitor the projects finances including costs and budgets.
What you\'ll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be educated to graduate level with a Bachelor's degree (BSc). To succeed in this position, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and you will have a basic scientific understanding of the clients' products. You will be a flexible and highly collaborative individual and you will be driven and proactive when undertaking new projects/activities. You will be competent in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
What you\'ll get in return
This position offers a salary of £26,000, alongside a generous benefits package. You will be based in the centre of Oxford. Flexible hybrid working arrangements will be agreed to after probation.
