A leading Building Consultancy team are looking to grow their Manchester team.

The Building Consultancy team are involved in the full real estate lifecycle, from formulating initial construction appraisals through to redeveloping obsolete properties.

The Building Consultancy team are currently delivering a variety of project management and contract administration instructions across numerous sectors, with project values ranging from minor works up to complex multi-million pound reconfiguration and refurbishment schemes.

In addition to the project works they also provide project monitoring services across residential schemes, dilapidations on industrial, office and industrial properties and party wall instructions on large scale redevelopments.

The consultancy have a national service line from where you can draw upon a wealth of experience and knowledge.

• Building surveying and reporting – assessing property risk, understanding technical issues and formulating strategic plans to manage assets
• Refurbishment and fit-out project management – overseeing the entire project from programme management and procurement to contract administration, health & safety, and employer’s agent services.
• Real estate due diligence – reviewing commercial considerations of any property acquisition covering technological, legislative, health & safety, environmental and legal liabilities
• Dilapidations
