The Graduate Building Surveyor role

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting in the delivery of professional services such as party wall matters, dilapidations, and planned maintenance surveys across a variety of sectors.
• Supporting senior surveyors in the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards.
• Engaging in site visits and inspections as part of the consultancy's comprehensive surveying services.
• Collaborating with team members on a range of projects, contributing to the team's success and learning from experienced professionals.
