Key Responsibilities:
You will provide competent and professional admin/operation support to a busy department.
Your duties will include all elements of administration and operational support involved with day-to-day business operations – business development, human resources, training, office administration, social media, entertainment and social events, pa to directors; more specifically but not limited to the following:
- Act professionally and with integrity always, promoting the best interests of the business and our clients.
- Administration of tenders and contracts
- Development of case studies
- Group business development minutes and actions.
- Administration of supply chain portals
- Attending supply chain events
- Tender chase ups
- Administration of new starter contracts
- Management of occupational health
- Assisting with organisation and management of training needs
- Assisting with accreditation audits
- Management of office administration such as scanning, filing, answering phone calls, etc.
The successful candidate will have a positive and proactive approach to work. You will provide essential operational administrative support to the team. This role is intended to offer the right candidate a bright future and potential career progression within the business.
