HR Administrator
Hourly Rate: £11.44
Location: Ipswich (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days from home)
Job Type: Temporary (4 weeks, may be extended)
Working Hours: 9am - 5:30pm
We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our clients HR team on a temporary basis. The role will be based at their Ipswich head office, offering a hybrid working arrangement. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a good telephone manner. Previous HR administration experience and the ability to draft letters and perform mail merges would be highly advantageous.
Day-to-day of the role:
Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Handle telephone enquiries with a professional and courteous manner.
Draft various HR-related correspondence and ensure accurate mail merges.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist with the coordination of HR projects and initiatives.
Support the HR team with the preparation of documents and reports.
Ensure confidentiality and security of HR files and records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven administrative experience.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
HR Admin experience is highly desirable.
Experience in drafting professional letters.
Proficient in mail merge and other MS Office applications.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
