Temporary HR Administrator required ASAP at a well established company based in Melton. This HR Admin opportunity will be based within a small/friendly HR Department providing confidential support to the business throughout the employee lifecycle. Duties include:
- Deliver an effective recruitment process, working with hiring managers, supporting with interviews, issuing employment contracts and ensuring correct documentation is completed / retained.
- Coordinate employee onboarding process and induction.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with people managers to provide pragmatic advice and guidance on all people related procedures, supporting at each stage of the employee lifecycle.
- Support employee performance by providing people managers with the resources and knowledge to have effective performance conversations, including monthly 1:1’s and Personal Development Reviews.
- Responsible for overseeing all HR transactional processes (e.g. probation, changes to terms and conditions, flexible work requests, leavers etc).
- Managing HR inbox and supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to HR.
- Compiling and maintaining employee records, ensuring they remain up to date and compliant with current legislation.
- Running regular reports and collating relevant documentation for employee payroll and benefits.
- Supporting HR-related training programs, workshops and seminars.
- Assist with the employee leaver process, including administration for exit interviews.
- Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency.
Applicants will have experience of working in Human Resources, have undertaken or be undertaking some formal HR training would be an advantage however, we welcome applicants with transferable experience/skills.
A temp to permanent opportunity could be considered for the right person.
Assignment duration: Ongoing during recruitment process
Hours: Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm, Fri 9am-4.30pm (30 min unpaid lunch)
Salary: £15-17ph (parking available)
