Hr & Recruitment Administrator

Are you an experienced HR administrator and available for work at short notice?

We are seeking an HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our Ipswich based commercial client on a temporary basis for an initial period of 3 months.

Reporting to the Head of HR and working in a busy & supportive environment, the HR & Recruitment Administrator will provide administrative support related to human resources across the entire employee life cycle. This will include policies & procedures, recruitment & onboarding, training, benefits, data reporting and projects.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience of providing effective administrative support ideally in a busy HR environment and possess some knowledge of UK employment law. With strong communication and organisational skills, you will be able to demonstrate attention to detail and confidentiality at all times. As an effective team player with a customer service focus, you will be adaptable, and have a proactive approach to collaboration and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
