Graduate Cloud Support Engineer

We’re looking for dedicated University Graduates who share our passion for ground-breaking technology and want to create a lasting future for you and Snowflake. ​​As a GraduateCloud Support Engineer, your role is to delight our customers with your passion and knowledge of the Snowflake Cloud Data Platform.  To our customers, you will be the face of Snowflake whereas to our internal teams, you will be the voice of the customer. However, at Snowflake we also understand for many of you this may be your first professional role and as such we will give you all the support you need to succeed including a dedicated manager and mentor throughout your program, graduate-specific training such as managing workload and work-life balance.

WHAT WE EXPECT :

• Desired Class Level: 2.1 (or above) in Computer Science Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Math, or a related field.
• Bonus Experience
• Understand basic query profiles and execution plans
• Knowledge of SQL data types and functions
• Experienced in the big three cloud providers (AWS, Azure and GCP). 
• Have strong Customer Advocacy skills
• Be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
