Following some internal restructuring and promotions, there is a newly created role for a Graduate Financial Services Administrator to join a large operations function in an investment firm in Bolton.
Description
As Graduate Financial Services Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Reconciling cash coming in and out the business
- Reconciling client and company bank accounts
- Preparing payments ready for processing
- Dealing with initial queries and escalating any complex queries
- Assist in preparation of monthly commission runs
- Monitoring debtors and creditors
- Ensuring all issues are dealt with in a timely manner
Profile
The successful candidate for this Graduate Financial Services Administrator role must have:
- A degree in a relevant subject (finance, economics, business studies etc) or keen on breaking into the Financial Services sector
- Strong customer service skill set
- Logical approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work as part of a team
- Able to work to deadlines
- Knowledge and/or experience working in a regulated environment would be advantageous
