Description
As Financial Services Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting operational team where required
- Processing settlements in accordance with SLAs
- Reconciling cash into and out of business and client bank accounts
- Client Money reconciliations
- CASS regulations
- Reviewing and preparing payments for clients
- Preparing monthly commission runs
- Dealing with any client queries efficiently and as quickly as possible
- Adhering to all procedures and regulatory requirements
- Escalation of issues to management in a timely manner
Profile
The successful candidate to this Financial Services Operations Administrator must have:
- Experience working in Financial Services
- Knowledge of CASS would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong numerical skills
- Excellent problem solving ability and able to deal with complex queries
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
