Description

As Financial Services Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting operational team where required
• Processing settlements in accordance with SLAs
• Reconciling cash into and out of business and client bank accounts
• Client Money reconciliations
• CASS regulations
• Reviewing and preparing payments for clients
• Preparing monthly commission runs
• Dealing with any client queries efficiently and as quickly as possible
• Adhering to all procedures and regulatory requirements
• Escalation of issues to management in a timely manner

Profile

The successful candidate to this Financial Services Operations Administrator must have:

• Experience working in Financial Services
• Knowledge of CASS would be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong numerical skills
• Excellent problem solving ability and able to deal with complex queries
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
