Description
As Financial Services Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting financial advisers
- Processing new business
- Fund switches and withdrawals
- Arranging meetings with clients for the advisers
- Handling client's requests and queries
- Getting quotations from product providers and provide illustrations
- Preparing files for compliance related documentation, research, illustrations, supporting documentation
- Sending reports and investment information to clients
- Accurately submitting and maintaining data on the system for clients
- Ensuring work is completed in specified timelines
Profile
The successful applicant for this role must have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience working in an IFA or financial planning firm (wjole of market or SJP)
- Knowledge of regulations and legislation
- Strong administration skill set
- Great communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Excellent attention to detail
