As a Graduate: French Speaking Accounts Assistant you will play a crucial role in managing the incoming payments and ensuring the financial stability of our company. Your proficiency in French will be instrumental in communicating with our Francophone clients and maintaining strong international relationships. **No prior experience required**

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and update records with new payments, balances, and customer information.
• Communicate with clients in French to address any billing inquiries and ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve account discrepancies.
• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
• Utilise accounting software to efficiently track and reconcile accounts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
