About the Role
As a core member of the HR department, you will take responsibility for supporting both non-academic and academic staff, which in turn plays a vital role in supporting our students. Undertaking projects and running events to support the wider strategic objectives of the HR department.
In a vibrant and fast paced environment, you will be passionate about providing a smooth full HR service, which encompasses the employee life cycle, from issuing contracts to new starters, supporting staff wellbeing and development activities, you will act as an important point of contact for HR enquiries.
About You
You will be able to communicate confidently with all levels of stakeholders across the University. You will demonstrate an ability to build relationships quickly and effectively, whilst being flexible and pro-active in your approach to work - as no two days will be the same.
As a crucial part of the role, you will have excellent accuracy, attention to detail and experience of dealing with confidential information and data. You will bring with you previous experience of using IT systems and software along with a demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft applications.
