Our Graduate Programme

We have an exciting opportunity for a HSEQ graduate, or a related degree programme graduate(or having complete relevant modules) to come and join us. The roles will be based across a variety of live construction projects in London and the South East.

Our graduate programme is a year long during which time we’ll nurture and develop both your behavioral and technical skills. You’ll have a chance to work across different projects and gain exposure to departments of our business, building technical knowledge and industry experience. You must be available to start by September 2024. 

 
What you’ll be doing
  • Assist in developing best practice HSEQ matters and disseminating information to relevant employees.
  • Assist with carrying out regular inspections/audits of sites, assist in delivery of Group Audit Programme
  • Assist site management teams to ensure HSEQ compliance in line with Construction HSEQ Plans.
  • Stop work in agreement with HSEQ and Management when elements of the works are in question.
  • Assist HSEQ teams to ensure appropriate controls are in, and to provide advice as and when required.
  • Partake in accident/incident investigations in accordance with the company process
  • Assist reviews on processes and associated documentation & check compliance.
  • Support input of pre-qualification, tender and HSEQ award submissions.

What we’re looking for
  • Degree in HSEQ related field or has completed modules relevant to the role
  • IT Proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint & Document Management Software
 
Essential and Desirable Skills
  • Teamwork skills
  • CiTB - Site Manager Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
  • Relevant Industry Membership e.g. IOSH, IEMA, CQI
  • Good Presentation Skills
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills with confident, resilient approach.
