Celsius Graduate Recruitment are delighted to be working with a dynamic software development organisation who boast clients such as Emirates, Sky, Tesla and Tesco. Our client is undergoing an expansion, and are looking for hungry, dynamic graduates who are looking to begin a successful career in technology sales. The company we are working with provide enterprise organisations with web accelerator tools and app-building platforms in order to enhance user experience and increase speed and flexibility of their online presence.
As a Graduate Lead Development Executive, you will undergo extensive training and will be contacting C-level Executives at large multi-national corporations in order to understand their needs and book meetings with Pre-Sales Engineers. You will work on a variety of warm accounts in order to identify new business opportunities as well as generating your own leads. From there you will progress into a Business Development Manager role and manage the full sales cycle, meet clients face to face and build relationships with top organisations.
In this Graduate Lead Development Executiverole, you will need to be/have:
- Hungry, dynamic and eager to begin a career in sales
- Goal-orientated and money-motivated with tangible personal and career goals
- Competitive, self-motivated and hard-working
- Degree Educated
- Fluent in German
Successful candidates will have the benefit of working with a rapidly growing organisation, working in dynamic offices with a young, motivated team. You will be working with Salesforce CRM, go out for social drinks often and have the opportunity to travel to meetings and progress through the company.
