Our client, a well-established organisation with over 200 branches across the UK is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their experienced Marketing team. Reporting to Marketing Manager, the Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the marketing team across a broad range of administrative and marketing activities.
The role is hybrid, 2 days in the Windsor office (free parking onsite), 3 days based at home. The company offer various benefits and working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
The position would suit a graduate or individuals with 1 year + marketing experience. This is great opportunity to develop your marketing skills and learn from a highly experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
- Writing and distributing companywide communications, including weekly/monthly newsletters
- Managing and responding to marketing inbox
- Write briefs for agencies, review and gain sign-off on print and digital assets
- Liaise with studio and design resource to create high quality assets
- Supporting website, digital and social media assets and content creation and proofreading
- Co-ordinate media bookings, agreeing publications and deadlines with third parties and branches
- Create marketing presentations, reporting and analytics
- Updating images and information across digital web profiles
Key Requirements
- 1 years marketing experience or graduate
- Experience in a range of marketing activities
- Ability to edit photos and images using photoshop useful
- Proactive and the ability to take ownership of tasks
- Computer literate, including Word and Excel. Able to present accurate and professional documentation and input data
