Graduate Marketing Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Graduate Marketing Executive to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in providing essential support to drive various marketing initiatives. We want someone who has fresh ideas but above all, enjoys writing, storytelling, and delivering creative solutions which will set our business apart. This is the perfect role for an individual who has a passion for digital marketing, is keen to develop in the field of marketing and has as strong understanding of marketing research, as well as creating engaging content for social media and email campaigns.
Requirements
Who are we looking for? Someone who has:
- Education to a degree standard and has a relevant marketing, communications or journalism qualification.
- Excellent storytelling and writing skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to proof-read effectively.
- Strong familiarity with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
- Experience managing a social media account - Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn.
- Experience translating complex ideas into simple, relatable stories to enhance overall marketing communication.
- Contributed to the creative process involved with developing various forms of engaging content, such as graphics, short videos, or podcasts.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editing software (desirable)
Responsibilities and duties include
- Contribute to the delivery of a series of campaigns to support our growth in existing and new markets and also identify opportunities that differentiates Me Learning's brand.
- Leverage storytelling to create memorable and shareable experiences that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Assist with email campaign set up, automations and platform maintenance.
- Support the growth and management of our social media presence through diverse projects covering our LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok accounts.
- Create visually appealing and engaging graphics and mini videos for social media, email campaigns, and other communication channels - newsletter, web, events, customer communications.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify market opportunities, industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential growth areas.
- Regularly monitor, measure, and track the impact of marketing and communications activity by reporting on the marketing analytics from various channels.
