This role would suit a graduate in accountancy, finance, economics, business or a degree within an analytical field. It would also suit a candidate who has gained experience within a finance, wholesale, credit or accountancy setting and looking to develop their career further

Working as part of a small team, this role is the first point of contact for the business network with all asset related issues, the main focus being on the wholesale stocking system and providing the highest levels of service to both internal and external stakeholders

* Be the main point of contact for the business network regarding any funding system queries and to take responsibility for the resolution of each query or refer to senior managers

* Ensure that all admin tasks relation to Wholesale are completed to a timely, accurate and professional standard, in line with company policy and procedures

* Reconciliation of monthly stock invoices

* Be able to create new finance products on the Wholesale Banking System

* Training internal and external users of the Wholesale Stocking System, either online or in person

* Carry out daily task, such as producing reports for management, processing credit checks and stock audits

* Have a good understanding of wholesale finance products

* Support the credit team as and when required

* Be risk adverse, identifying and resolving any issues and advising the line management with any potential treats

Full training will be provided but ideally you would have a good understanding of Wholesale Systems, intermediate to advanced excel. Previous experience of building relationships with all stakeholders and ability to deliver work in an accurate and timely manner ensuring a good eye to detail
