Our client is seeking a driven Graduate Product Specialist to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate looking to develop their career within the Ultrasound space.

The role
As a Graduate Product Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the sales team to hit sales targets by ensuring all equipment is demonstrated to its best advantage to customers. You will learn the methodological requirements of the Ultrasound portfolio and use your expertise to provide quality technical and clinical assistance at customer sites, hospitals, and conferences. You will be highly valued across the business as your role will extend from marketing support to feedback management to building key stakeholder relationships.
Other responsibilities include:
- Managing the customer feedback loop at all stages of the sales process
- Reporting regularly to the management teams
- Representing the company brand to key opinion leaders
- Identifying and documenting all key influencers
- Contributing to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies
- Creating supporting documentation for products
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
The requirements
You’ll ideally have experience in the Ultrasound sector within a global medical device/healthcare company, as well as…
- Degree Educated in Clinical Engineering, Medical Engineering or Biomedical Sciences, or equivalent work experience
- PGDip or DMU in Medical Ultrasound is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and able to credibly engage with customers
- Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team
- High organised and able to prioritise effectively
- Strong computer proficiency (including Microsoft Suite and Sales tools)
- Full UK driving licence and willing to travel across the territory
- Fast learner who is positive, driven and results-orientated
