Corb Projects Ltd are an established MEP Contractor with 10 years in the industry, working within the commercial and industrial industry on projects ranging from £10K - £10 million.

This role offers hybridworking within the Corb Projects Team, giving you the opportunity to commercially manage multiple projects as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor.

As a Graduate M&E (MEP) Quantity Surveyor the main duties and requirements of the role would be as follows.

• Work alongside various project managers on multiple M&E projects
• Management and creation of Change Events & Compensation Events / Variations
• Support in the creation of Monthly Applications, Valuations and Final Accounts
• Issuing Notices to Sub-contractor Supply Chain
• Reconciling and reporting on Project Budgets and Profit & Loss

The candidate would be required to have the following capabilities and qualities;

• IT Competent
• Ability to use initiative and work independently as well as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Honesty and reliability
• Strong attention to detail

The below experience is not mandatory, however would be favourable.

• Experience in using Procore

PLEASE NOTE: The successful candidate must be able to commute to the head office in telford when deemed necessary / for team meetings - days to be agreed separately.
