I am partnered with an established Asset Management firm in their search for an experienced and dynamic Graduate Recruiter to join the team on a 12 month basis. This will be a varied and fast pace role partnering with business stakeholders to deliver on Early Careers hiring strategies as well as supporting the Graduate/Analyst programmes from a development point of view. A values driven and collaborative mindset with a focus on building stakeholder relationships will be essential in being successful for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end to end early careers process from attraction, engagement, sourcing, putting together assessment centres through to offer stage and onboarding
- Owning relationships with business stakeholders across front office client groups to establish the early career hiring strategy and delivery.
- Partnering with universities to build relationships to identify top talent, organising and presenting at campus and industry events.
- Creating a robust pipeline of candidates to deliver on volume recruitment and campaigns
- Designing and facilitating the early talent development programmes including events and reporting
- Champion diversity and inclusion as a core value of the business influencing and educating hiring managers with best practice and strategy
Key Skills:
- Experience of managing the holistic graduate recruitment cycle from end to end
- The ability to work with autonomy and a keen problem-solving mindset to approach matters with innovation.
- Previous experience of the holistic early careers process in Financial or Professional Services
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
