Projected Earnings for Graduates:
- Year 1: £30,000-£40,000
- Year 2: £50,000-£60,000
- Year 3: Continued growth with potential for £60,000-£80,000+

We are actively seeking motivated and ambitious graduates/trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our team. If you are:
- A recent graduate
- Have a passion for sales and recruitment
- A proven success in sales or relevant internships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for
- Building relationships and collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs
- Providing updates on candidate progress and offer insights on market trends
- Identify and source top candidates through various platforms and techniques
- Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights
- Offer guidance to candidates on CV building, interview preparation, and career development
