Graduate Recruitment Consultant Trainee
Salary: £25,000 and £40,000 OTE Year 1
We are looking for the best graduates to join my client’s fast paced, graduate training programme. You will be given all the tools and training that you need to become a top billing trainee Recruitment Consultant.
Not only will you receive a competitive basic salary but you will be given a generous commission structure. Most people make over £1000 in commission each month whilst in training, which for recruitment is very competitive!!
The Role of Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant
The role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant is not easy. You can earn a £65k salary by your second year and no one earns £65k a year without working hard! The role involves:
- A 360 role, dealing with both candidates and clients.
- Generate new business, cold calling new and existing clients.
- You will be expected to reach sales targets and achieve KPI’s.
- Working in a fast paced recruitment environment, they need someone who is efficient and professional. Become an 'expert’ in your market, promoting the company’s brand to the highest level.
- The role will include candidate generation, writing adverts, screening advert response, vetting candidates, conducting interviews and maintaining all records correctly.

The Graduate We Need:
You must be a 2.1 graduate from a top university. A 2.2 will be considered if you have achievements in other areas.
Direct sales experience is a plus but not essential.
