We have an exciting opportunity for a recruiter to join our award winning recruitment team in London, based near Oxford Circus. The job purpose is to ensure the smooth running of the Savills multi award winning Graduate Recruitment team by supporting the team in an assistant/officer. The role consists of sourcing, attracting and assessing students onto our internships and graduate programmes. They are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, as well as providing an exceptional and quality candidate experience.

The role consists of sourcing, attracting and assessing students onto our internships and graduate programmes. They are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, as well as providing an exceptional and quality candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Internship and Graduate Programme Attraction and Selection :
- Identifying recruitment needs for teams
- Manage school and university events, managing relationships with careers teams, business representatives and students.
- Regularly organise, facilitate, present and attend university/school events
- Contribute to the graduate website, updating marketing materials and liaising with PR.
- Preparation for, hosting of and running assessment centres and arranging interviews.
- Liaising with and being the first point of contact for internal Graduate Recruitment, summer scheme and insight programme requests and resourcing needs.
- Ensure the ethos of the company is positively communicated at all times to colleagues, candidates and clients.
- Acting as a first point of contact to both the business and applicants across Rural and Projects, Sustainability, Energy, Engineering, Planning and Urban Design teams in the business.
- Coordinating the Graduate Recruitment across above mentioned divisions.
- Organising assessment centres – liaising with the candidates and Savills assessors, updating assessment materials, collation of scores; coordinating both candidate and managers diaries, room booking, travel, catering requests and expenses.
- Running assessment day briefings and wrap ups - providing advice and guidance for interviewers where needed to make sure fair and balanced hiring decisions are made.
- Organising the screening and shortlisting if candidates for the Insight Programme and Summer Scheme – using Team Tailor (candidate management system) and RARE to assist with the process.
- Preparing next round interviews - liaising with candidates, assessors and teams
- Organising and delivering feedback calls to unsuccessful candidates
- Attending wash-up meetings to determine who we would like recruit for our Graduate Scheme.
- Oversight of the contract administration process
- Ad hoc recruitment; managing live job postings and finding candidates for various locations around the UK.
- Maintaining applicant tracking data and reporting on hiring results and recruitment metrics.

- Previous experience in graduate or general recruitment / training / event organisation advantageous.
- Experience in running assessment centres or corporate events advantageous
