Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Efficient Organisation: Keep their office running like a well-oiled machine by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings with precision.
Exceptional Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring clear and effective communication across all channels.
Data Management: Handle confidential information with care, maintain accurate records, and assist in data entry to contribute to the seamless functioning of their operations.
Project Support: Assist with special projects, presentations, and reports to support their team in reaching their goals.
Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by working closely with team members, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, PREFERRED
️ Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a keen ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
Organisational Skills: Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities.
Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while representing the firm.
One year experience in a professional role - NECESSARY!
