We work with a range of mainstream Primary Schools in Newham who are currently looking for their next cohort of passionate graduates to join them in September 2024.
Experience is not essential for this role. We are looking for graduates with a real passion for making a difference every day to the lives of young children.
These roles will involve working with children with SEND including ASD, ADHD and MLD.

Job Duties:
- Supporting the lead teacher in delivering lessons and activities
- Assisting with classroom management and student supervision
- Providing one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties
- Preparing and organising educational materials
- Assessing student performance and providing feedback
Required Qualifications:
- A degree in Education or relevant field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children and helping them achieve academic success
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Education preferred but other degrees also considered
Working Conditions:
- Working hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
- Classroom-based role with potential for outdoor activities
- May involve standing for long periods and occasional lifting of educational materials
- Working in schools local to Newham

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
