Step into Teaching is a Pre Teacher Training Program who have supported schools since 2019 with their education needs.
Step Into Teaching places graduates who are passionate about supporting students within Teaching, Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology and Speech and Language Therapy, within a school for a full academic year allowing our graduates to gain experience within the education world before embarking on further training.
The Successful Graduate Must:
- Hold/be predicted a Degree at 2:2 or above
- Be passionate about supporting children
- Be open minded to the challenges of day to day life in a school
- Be willing to learn and develop
- Be happy supporting SEN students
- Work alongside the class teacher to support children who need support in the classroom
The Opportunity:
- £450-£490 per week - term time only
- Secondary school based in Herefordshire
- Role will start September for the academic year 24/25 - interviews in the summer term
- To gain first hand classroom experience
