SalaryPenguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a respected Multi-Disiplinary Consultancy in the East Midlands on the appointment of a Graduate Town Planner. This is a full-time and permanent position.
The successful Graduate Town Planner will assist in supporting the company's clientbase with a variety of services such as planning advice, planning applications, enforcement matters, appeals, S106 negotiations, public inquiries and hearings and strategic planning advice.
In this role you will work on a range of projects that fall in multiple sectors such as Commercial, Leisure & Tourism, Hotel, Residential, Renewables and Healthcare sectors.
In order to apply to this role, the Graduate Town Planner should hold an RTPI accredited degree (ideally) or similar, with some post-graduation experience in the field (year in industry or currently employed). You should be a good communicator, hungry to progress in the field of Town Planning and hold a UK driving licence.
