Overview
We are a rapidly growing international technology recruitment company that specialises in hiring senior salespeople for the coolest, most innovative tech companies across Europe and we have a lot of fun doing it! Main Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels
- Conduct initial phone and face-to-face interviews with candidates to assess their
suitability for specific roles
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process,
including interview preparation and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their
recruitment needs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company is
providing a competitive service.
- Maintain accurate records of all candidate and client interactions in our CRM
systems

What we're looking for:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A pro-active and self-motivated approach to work
- A keen interest in the technology industry
- The ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
- A desire to build a successful career in recruitment

Working hours
9:30am – 6pm on Monday
8:30am – 6pm Tuesday – Thursday
8:30am – 5pm (latest) on Friday
