We have a great role for you - Our client based in Wombourne on the Dudley Wolverhampton border are a specialist branding marketing agency and they have a full-time role available. It comes with lovely working hours of 35 hours per week (Mon to Friday 9am to 5pm)

With a combination of community and corporate clients the variation of work will allow you to express your talent. What’s not to like?

They specialise in Graphic Design, they are design led marketeers who build brands, bringing business stories to life through creative marketing. They offer Design, Print, & Digital services, from logo / branding creation- to website design.

The successful candidate MUST have at least 2-3 years experience and be able to provide previous work examples to give a better understanding of current ability level. Agency background is preferred but in in-house background also is considered.

Responsibilities:

As a Graphic Designer, you'll create eye-catching visuals for a variety of products and activities, such as:

• Corporate identity, i.e. giving organisations a visual brand, including logos and layouts
• Websites/advertising/marketing materials and social media content
• Concepts and visuals based on client requirements
• Prepare rough drafts of concepts and present ideas to the Senior Graphic Designer, Account Director or client
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs, using software or by hand
• Work with Account Directors and the Senior Graphics Designer to finalise designs
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Create assets to support bids and proposals
• Work with external suppliers for any printed items or on-brand merchandise

Requirements and skills

• Confident in using Adobe CS Suite (such as InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• A Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is desirable
• An eye for minimalist design and good layout skills
• Basic copywriting skills - headline and social media content etc
• Experience of working in a fast-paced, creative team
• A passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair
• The confidence to explain and sell ideas to colleagues and to clients
• Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at once
• Ideally have experience building wordpress websites
