An experienced Mid WeightGraphic Designer with at least 3 years of Graphic Design experience is needed to join our team at WLA Agency based in Hertfordshire on a full-time basis.
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to support our marketing team and the creative and artwork process across various digital and print-based projects. This role is subject to a 3-month probationary period.
You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. However, there may be times when you will be expected to work in excess of these hours should project work dictate. Extra hours are to be taken as time in lieu as agreed with your manager.

Dealing with businesses across many sectors, we are passionate about all things print and digital: from social media to SEO, email marketing to web development, 3D Virtual Tours to Promo Videos and brochure design to banners. Key Responsibilities:
- Design eye-catching print artwork, i.e. brochures, leaflets, business cards and full-scale branding projects too
- Design digital artwork, i.e. social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), Web banners, E-shots
- Promote, target and upload social media posts via Loomly and Ads Manager, as well as keep track of comments and community engagement
- Work with creative colleagues such as copywriters to come up with new exciting ideas, taglines and content
- Present draft designs to clients for feedback
- General office duties such as answering incoming phone calls
Required Experience:
- College Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Marketing
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- 3+ years of experience as a designer, preferably at a creative or marketing agency preferred
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) as well as Microsoft Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and Canva
- Proven experience with a strong portfolio of work
