SalaryGroup Accountant - Long Term Contract - Immediate Start Available - Location: Sunderland
We are delighted to be supporting a professional services organisation in their search for a Qualified Accountant to join them for a 14 Month period to cover maternity.
Duties will include the following:
- Provide timely, accurate and reconciled accounting information to facilitate the production of management information and consolidated financial statements
- Preparation of consolidated IFRS group and FRS101 subsidiary accounts
- Production of month end board pack
- Budget vs actual variance analysis
- Balance sheet reconciliations and nominal ledger maintenance
- Lead on integration process
- Drive improvements and efficiencies within management accounts process
- Key point of contact for external audit and statutory reporting
About You
Ideally, the successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Fully Qualified Accountant ACCA/CIMA/ACA
- Solid Management Accounting background
- Good technical exposure and knowledge of IFRS
- Consolidation experience
- Available at short notice
