Group Reporting Accountant

A Group Reporting Accountant is sought for a growing technology company, based near Portsmouth. The role is offered on a fixed-term contract for 6 months. This is a senior role in a developing SME, with international exposure and a real opportunity to impact the growth and bottom line of the organisation.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:

• Producing monthly consolidated accounts for multiple international entities
• Preparing annual statutory accounts
• Reviewing and analysing variances to budget
• Assisting with the development of board presentation packs
• Being actively involved with a range of process and system improvement projects
• Supporting with query management for a range of senior stakeholders

What you will need:

• Previous experience in a similar role, such as Group Reporting Accountant / Reporting Accountant / Financial Reporting Manager
• To be a qualified finance professional ( CIMA / ACCA / ACA ) with a variety of experience
• Financial reporting experience with working knowledge of FRS102
• Strong Excel skills and ERP exposure
